Participation is easy and free:

Post a review about PETLUX on Trustpilot

Write a review about the V3 on our product page

Upload a screenshot of both reviews via our Google Form
📸 Make sure your name and date are visible in both screenshots
📅 When will the winner be announced?
The promotion runs until December 31, 2025.

As soon as at least 33% of all V3 customers have participated before Animal Day (October 4), the winner will be announced on that day.

If this percentage is not reached, we will postpone the draw until at least 400 participants have been reached.

If this number is not reached before December 31, 2025, we will still announce the winners on January 1, 2026 among all valid entries.
📌 Important conditions
• Participation is only valid for customers with an original PETLUX V3.
• Customers who have returned, canceled, or received a refund for their V3 are excluded from participation.
• Only participants who have completed all three steps (Trustpilot review, V3 review on our site, and uploaded screenshots) are eligible for the prizes.
• Each person may only participate once per purchase.
• PETLUX reserves the right to refuse entries that are suspicious or incomplete.
• Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.
• The shopping voucher can only be used on petlux.nl and is valid for 12 months.
• By participating, you agree to these terms and conditions.
• Winners will be notified personally by email.
• PETLUX employees are excluded from participation.
