• Netherlands: Usually delivered the next business day.
• Belgium: Delivery usually takes 1 additional business day.
• Other European countries: Within 2-4 business days.
• Outside Europe: Delivery times vary by region and carrier. Please contact us for more information.

Shipping Costs
• Netherlands: €7.95 (free for orders over €50).
• Belgium: €9.95 (free for orders over €100).
• Other countries within Europe: Depending on the region.
• Outside Europe: €19.95 (flat rate).

Insured shipping

All orders over €100 are shipped insured and require a signature upon delivery. This ensures your package arrives safely.

Carriers
• Within the Netherlands: DHL.
• International: PostNL or an equivalent shipping partner, depending on the destination country.

Important Information
• Delivery times are guidelines and may vary due to holidays, stock, or any delays with the carrier.
• We do not deliver to PO box addresses.
• During holidays, such as New Year's Day, King's Day and Christmas, we do not ship orders.
